Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BluKeys platform, website, and mobile applications operated by Langsat Technologies Private Limited ("BluKeys", "we", "us"). By accessing or using BluKeys, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the BluKeys website, mobile applications, and all related services.
  • "Consumer" or "User" refers to individuals who browse, book, or use hotel amenities through BluKeys.
  • "Hotel Partner" refers to hotel properties and their staff that list amenities on BluKeys.
  • "Amenity" refers to any hotel facility or service listed on the Platform (pools, gyms, spas, restaurants, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • "Booking" refers to a reservation made by a Consumer for an Amenity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use BluKeys. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Platform Services

BluKeys is a marketplace that connects Consumers with Hotel Partners. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment for hotel amenity experiences. BluKeys is not the provider of the amenity services — Hotel Partners are independently responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services.

4. Bookings

4.1 Making a Booking

When you make a booking, you agree to pay the total amount displayed (including applicable taxes and fees). All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel Partner. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification with a QR code.

4.2 Booking Modifications

Bookings cannot be modified after confirmation. If you need to change your booking, please cancel the existing booking and create a new one. Cancellation policies apply as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4.3 Check-in

Present your booking QR code at the hotel property for check-in. Hotel staff will scan the code to verify your booking. You must arrive within your booked time slot. Failure to check in may result in a no-show status and forfeiture of your booking.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment partners (Razorpay in India, Stripe in Singapore). Prices are displayed in the local currency of the hotel property. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.

BluKeys charges Hotel Partners a commission on each completed booking. This commission is deducted before payout to the Hotel Partner and does not affect the price paid by the Consumer.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without permission
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Hotel Partners or their staff
  • Resell or commercially exploit bookings without authorisation

7. Reviews and Content

You may submit reviews and ratings after completing a booking. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on your actual experience. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines, contain inappropriate content, or are deemed fraudulent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by Langsat Technologies Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Hotel Partner Obligations

Hotel Partners listed on BluKeys are independently responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their amenity listings, descriptions, and pricing
  • Maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance at their facilities
  • Honouring confirmed bookings
  • Providing the services as described on the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

BluKeys acts as an intermediary between Consumers and Hotel Partners. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for the quality, safety, or suitability of amenity services provided by Hotel Partners.
  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring at Hotel Partner premises.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Langsat Technologies Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules, or in India under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, depending on your jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore for users in Singapore, and by the laws of India for users in India. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Outstanding bookings and payment obligations survive termination.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
