You can request deletion of your BluKeys account and all associated personal data at any time. BluKeys is developed by Langsat Technologies Private Limited. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From the BluKeys App
- Open the BluKeys app on your device
- Tap on your Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your identity when prompted
- Tap Confirm Deletion to submit your request
Option 2: Via Email
- Send an email to support@blukeys.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address or phone number registered with your BluKeys account so we can verify your identity
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Your booking history and upcoming reservations
- Your saved preferences and favourites
- Your payment method details stored with us
- Any reviews or feedback you have submitted
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
Data That May Be Retained
In accordance with applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements, we may retain the following data for a limited period after your account is deleted:

All retained data is stored securely and is only accessed when required for the stated purposes. Once the retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. During this period your account will be immediately deactivated and inaccessible. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
